ok so you can go to a site called freeweblayouts.com pick any set up that you like. Copy all of the code. then go into ur profile under edit. and paste all that code in "about me" when you save it it will all go away. but make sure you remeber if you have pictures or any thin else there cause code gets confusing at times if ur just staring out.
